Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at T by DLJC 

Because our products are unique and printed specifically for you upon order through our partner, Printful, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

 Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products are printed-on-demand. This means that as soon as you place an order, we begin the process of creating your custom item. Because these items are not pulled from a pre-made inventory, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

  • A description of the issue.

Please send this information to dljcbags@outlook.com. Once we verify the issue with our print provider, we will send out a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Sizing Issues

Since every garment is printed specifically for the customer, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues. We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We strongly encourage you to reference these measurements before finalizing your order.

4. Lost Packages / Incorrect Address

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the print facility and destroyed. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print facility and destroyed.

  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the carrier.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

6.  DIGITAL DOWNLOAD REFUND POLICY

Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

DLJC Ventures, LLC, doing business as T by DLJC, does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads once the purchase has been completed.

If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
